Thanks for the links - makes it so easy to complete the forms, etc. Crazy experience - I contacted a bunch of these companies this morning and within minutes of submitting my email, Arnold bakery called the house to thank me for my feedback and to let me know they were sending coupons. Whoo hoo! :)
